North West Planning has a main interest in providing statutory town planning services to assist you with your proposal. They are:

• Bushfire Management Plans (basic shed applications only)
• Liaise with Council & Stakeholders
• Preparation and management of Planning Permit Applications in areas such as:
  
  • Agricultural 
  • Industrial
  • Commercial
  • Residential
  • Liquor Licensing
  • Subdivision of Land
  • Native Vegetation Removal

When it comes to bushfire or native vegetation applications, North West Planning uses the expertise and assistance of accredited professionals to prepare relevant plans and reports. 

Consultation fees depend on the type of advice or job, and the planning scheme requirements of the relevant Council.

Other Fees & Charges:​

• Planning Permit Application fee - which depends on the type of proposal, and the estimated cost of works - and in accordance with the Planning and Environment (Fees) Regulations 2016.
• Current Title Search - all applications require a copy of a Search Statement and Title Plan. This must be at least 3 months old - and can be obtained from 'Landata' website.
• Advertising/Public Notice fee - this fee varies depending on the Council - and if they consider it necessary to place a notice in the local paper, on the subject land, or to the adjoining or adjacent properties.
