North West Planning uses the expertise and assistance of accredited professionals to prepare relevant plans and reports where required. Please contact our office for more information.
Each application is assessed differently, and the fee depends on the complexity of the project including the planning provisions that apply to the land. A deposit is required upfront, with the remainder of the fee to be paid on submission of the application to Council. Please note that there are other fees and charges that apply when applying for a planning permit. These include:
Planning Permit Application fee - in accordance with the Planning and Environment (Fees) Regulations 2016.
Current Title Search - all applications require a current copy of a Search Statement and Title Plan and any other covenant or restriction on title.
Advertising/Public Notice fee - this fee varies depending on the Council, what your application is for, and what potential impact it may have on others.
Other Reports where required - this all depends on your project and the location of the property in question. An example of other plans or reports required are as follows:
