They include (but not limited to):

• Planning Report

• Preparation and management of Planning Permit Applications in areas such as:

When it comes to bushfire or native vegetation applications, North West Planning uses the expertise and assistance of accredited professionals to prepare relevant plans and reports.

Other fees and charges to consider as part of the planning process:

• Planning Permit Application fee - which depends on the type of proposal, and the estimated cost of works - and in accordance with the Planning and Environment (Fees) Regulations 2016.

• Current Title Search - all applications require a copy of a Search Statement and Title Plan. This must be at least 3 months old - and can be obtained from 'Landata' website.

• Advertising/Public Notice fee - this fee varies depending on the Council - and if they consider it necessary to place a notice in the local paper, on the subject land, or to the adjoining or adjacent properties. 

• Other Reports where required - Bushfire Mangement Statement/Report, Native Vegetation Report, Cultural Heritage Management Plan, Land Capability Assessment, Traffic Engineer Report, etc ...
