North West Planning has been developed to provide town planning services and assistance to those who either simply do not have the time, or struggle with the terminology and legislation of the Planning Scheme. The aim is to act as the ‘middle man’ between the Client and the Council.
North West Planning commenced in the Northern Grampians region in 2020
and relocated back to the Mallee in 2023.
North West Planning is owned and operated by Jodie Senior who has over 30 years of experience working for local government in the Wimmera, Mallee, Pyrenees and Grampians Regions and can provide assistance regarding a wide variety of land use and development proposals. Jodie is also a member of the Planning Institute of Australia (MPIA).
The objective of North West Planning is to assist and provide a more efficient process and customer experience and to provide a professional town planning service.
